Note
The Bundle security page is only available to authorization administrators. For more information on admin roles, refer to the Managing Users topic.
Authorization administrators can use the Bundle security page to view all packets and batches at their organization, manage ownership and permissions for individual packets or batches, and delete packets and batches. This page can be useful when a change needs to be made to a shared packet or batch, but the user who created the item is not available to make the change.
To review your organization's packets and batches, follow these steps:
1. Open the Setup menu.
2. Select Bundle security.
3. On the Bundle security page, a grid shows information for each packet and batch at your organization. You can use the fields at the top of each column to filter the grid based on any of the columns described below. Review the information in the following columns:
▪ Name—The name of the item, as entered by the user.
▪ ID—The ID assigned to the item.
▪ Type—Shows whether the item is a packet or a batch.
▪ Access—The access settings assigned to the item. This column includes the following options:
▪ Private—The item can only be seen and run by the user who created it.
▪ Shared, editable—The item has been shared with other users, and those users are able to modify the item.
▪ Shared, run-only—The item has been shared with other users, but those users cannot modify the item and can only generate it as it was saved.
Note
If you select the Shared filtering option at the top of the Access column, both Shared, editable and Shared, run-only items are displayed.
▪ Owner—The display name of the user who created the item.
▪ Owner identity—The ID assigned to the user who created the item.
To delete a packet or batch, follow these steps:
1. On the Bundle security page, select the check box next to the item you want to delete. You can select multiple items to delete at once.
2. Click Delete. A message appears to confirm the deletion.
Caution
Deleting a packet or batch cannot be undone. When a packet or batch is deleted, the owner loses access, and any scheduled instances of the item are cancelled. This includes instances that were scheduled by users with shared access.
3. Click Confirm.
By default, a packet or batch is owned by the user who created it. To change the owner of an item, follow these steps:

2. Click Change owner.
3. In the Change ownership window, select a user from the New owner drop-down menu. The menu shows both the Identity and Display name of each user.
Note
Modifying ownership may cause some users to lose access
to the item.
If access is revoked, scheduled instances of this item will not run.
4. Click Save.
