Viewing Sharing Logs

To help with troubleshooting, administrators can view a log of all reports that have been shared. You can access this log by going to Admin Settings > Sharing Logs.

The log contains the following information:

            User Name—The user who shared the report.

            Scheduled—This column displays a check mark if the shared report was a scheduled report.

            Item—The name of the report that was shared.

            Sharing Method—Shows whether the report was emailed or published to a database.

            Status—Shows whether the sharing was successful or if it encountered an error.

            Report run time—The time at which the report was run.

            Shared time—The time at which the report was shared.

            Message—Further information about what happened when the report was shared. For reported that encountered an error, this column shows the reason the report failed.

Results can be filtered to a specific date range by entering dates in the Filter by date range fields.
