To help with troubleshooting, administrators can view a log of all reports that have been shared. You can access this log by going to Admin Settings > Sharing Logs.
The log contains the following information:
▪ User Name—The user who shared the report.
▪ Scheduled—This column displays a check mark if the shared report was a scheduled report.
▪ Item—The name of the report that was shared.
▪ Sharing Method—Shows whether the report was emailed or published to a database.
▪ Status—Shows whether the sharing was successful or if it encountered an error.
▪ Report run time—The time at which the report was run.
▪ Shared time—The time at which the report was shared.
▪ Message—Further information about what happened when the report was shared. For reported that encountered an error, this column shows the reason the report failed.
Results can be filtered to a specific date range by entering dates in the Filter by date range fields.
