The View Packet and View Batch pages allow users to view a generated packet or batch in an interactive viewer and see when the item was last generated. Users can also leverage the following options from this page:
▪ Download—Click to download the packet or batch.
▪ Edit packet/Edit batch—Click to open the Manage Packet or Manage Batch page for this item. This option is not available if the item was generated ad hoc from another application.
▪ Share—Click to open the sharing drawer to share the generated packet or batch.
▪ View Details—Click to open the Packet details or Batch details drawer for more information on the generated packet or batch.
▪ Packet details
▪ Generation details—This section shows the Timestamp of when the packet was created, and includes the Scheduled field which indicates whether the packet was created as part of a schedule.
▪ Packet contents—This section shows an ordered list of the PDFs or reports that were included in the packet. Each row shows the status of the packet item. If packet generation fails due to a report failing, this section shows which report failed.
▪ Batch details
▪ Generation details—This section shows the Timestamp of when the batch was created, and includes the Scheduled field which indicates whether the batch was created as part of a schedule.
▪ Batch setup—This section shows the breakdown of the iteration list and its selections that were used to generate the batch.
▪ Batch item—This section shows the batch item that was used for the batch.
If the item is currently in the process of generating, users can click Cancel to stop it from generating.
