Viewing Issue Logs

Use the Issue Logs page to view details on report-related issues which may occur in Report Gateway. All levels of administrators can view the issue logs.

To view Report Gateway issues, follow these steps:

1.         Go to Admin Settings > Issue Logs.

Issues display from newest to oldest.

2.         To select a date range for the listing, in the Date Range fields, enter a start date and end date.

3.         To filter issues by data source, in the Data Source field, enter the data source.

4.         To filter issues by user name, in the User Name field, enter the user name.

5.         To filter issues by type, in the Type field, enter the issue type.

        Import—Issues which occurred while importing a report

        ParameterApi—Issues caused by parameter APIs

        Run—Issues which occurred while running a report

        Scheduled—Issues which occurred while processing a scheduled report

        Upload—Issues which occurred while uploading a report

6.         To filter issues by description, in the Message field, enter part or all of the description. This field is not case-sensitive.
